Terms of service
These terms apply when a customer browses or purchases from nova-4.shop. They operate together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer law takes priority if any provision conflicts with it.
Products and availability
We take reasonable steps to keep product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours, prices and availability accurate. Displayed colours may vary depending on a customer’s device. Product availability remains subject to confirmation when the order is processed.
Orders
Customers must provide accurate account, billing and delivery information and must be authorised to use the selected payment method. We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including for lack of stock, failed payment authorisation, an obvious error, suspected fraud or inability to deliver. If payment has already been collected, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
Intellectual property
The text, images, logos, design, code and other content on the website belong to NOVA Market or its licensors. They may not be copied, adapted, sold or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.
Prohibited use
The website must not be used for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorised data collection, infringement of another person’s rights, disruption of the website or distribution of malicious code.
Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing restricts a UK consumer’s statutory rights concerning satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose or conformity with description. Subject to those rights and applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the part of the United Kingdom where they live.
Changes to these policies
We may update these policies to reflect changes to our business, services or legal obligations. The version and effective date displayed on this page identify the current policy. Changes do not reduce rights already acquired under an accepted order unless permitted by law.
